Estée Lauder is using fragrance to impart a touch of glimmer to everyday lives with its new namesake eau de parfum.
Glimmer Eau de Parfum is an amber floral with a gourmand twist designed to inspire connection, spark curiosity and radiate like an aura, per marketers. Crafted by perfumers Dominique Ropion, Anne Flipo, and Jean-Marc Chaillan, Glimmer has gourmand notes of macaron rose accord, raspberry mousse accord and vanilla bean aimed to lend a delectable quality, while Estée Lauder’s exclusive amber embrace accord and patchouli give a lingering radiant warmth.
A rectangular bottle entails debossed semi-circles that catch and reflect rays of light. A circular gold-tone cap provides a luminous finish.
Estée Lauder Glimmer Eau de Parfum will be available for purchase on estéelauder.com on Aug. 6, followed by nationwide availability on Aug. 16 for $130 for the 50 ml bottle and $160 for the 100 ml bottle.
